Digital marketing

SEO, AI SEO, Google Ads, and content — driven by data and measurable outcomes.

Most SEO agencies hide behind vanity metrics — impressions, rankings, "domain authority", and monthly reports that look polished in a slide deck. None of those close orders. We measure what actually moves the business: qualified organic traffic, leads, completed orders, and cost per conversion. When something cannot be measured properly, we fix the tracking first — and discuss results afterwards. The rest is noise. The difference is in the lineage. ITHjaelp is an IT operator first, a marketing shop second. That means site speed, schema, GA4 events, and server-side tracking are handled by people who have run servers and infrastructure for 17 years — not by a content team that outsources the technical work to a developer they never talk to. When the tracking is right, the decisions get right. The result is campaigns that survive an audit, and growth you can actually document.

Is this a fit?

  • Marketing leads who need to replace an SEO agency that ships reports, not results
  • Companies launching a new product or entering a new market and building organic visibility from zero
  • Post-relaunch sites where traffic has collapsed and redirects, schema, and indexing need to recover rankings
  • D2C ecommerce scaling past 1,000 orders/month who need proper tracking, attribution, and paid search structure

What we cover

Technical SEO and Core Web Vitals

We start under the hood. Crawl, indexing, internal link structure, canonical tags, hreflang, sitemap hygiene, and 301 redirects get audited in Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush. Core Web Vitals are tuned at the server level — caching, image formats, critical CSS, JS delivery — so LCP, INP, and CLS stay green in field data, not just in Lighthouse. A fast site is not a bonus; it is the precondition for everything else working.

AI-augmented content production

Search is no longer just ten blue links. ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews cite sources — and those sources are not random. We produce content that ranks classically and gets pulled into LLM answers: clear definitions, structured data, citable factual sentences, and topic clusters with real authority. Editorial velocity comes from AI-assisted workflows; quality control, brand voice, and fact-checking come from humans. No automated slop.

Google Ads and paid search

The Google Ads account is built around intent, not templates. Search campaigns are segmented by buying stage, Performance Max is used where it makes sense — not as default — and negative keywords are actively curated so budget does not burn on irrelevant queries. We tie the account into GA4 and Search Console so keywords, landing pages, and conversions can be seen from a single angle. Manual optimization every week, automated bid strategy when the data supports it.

Conversion optimization and GA4

A GA4 account no one trusts is worse than no GA4 at all. We clean it up: events, parameters, conversions, audiences, and DebugView configured through GTM to match the actual customer journey. Then we run CRO on data — heatmaps, form analytics, A/B tests via GA4 experiments or VWO. Hypotheses are written down, tests are documented, winners get implemented. The Looker Studio dashboard shows on an ongoing basis what works and what does not.

Schema, structured data, and server-side tracking

Schema.org markup gives search engines and LLMs the context they need — Product, Article, FAQ, Organization, BreadcrumbList. We implement JSON-LD directly in the site and validate in the Rich Results Test. Server-side GTM is hosted on your own subdomain so tracking survives ITP, ad blockers, and consent management without breaking GDPR. Result: better data, less loss, lower CPA — and an attribution model that holds up to an auditor.

How we work

  1. Audit

We open with a technical SEO audit, a GA4/GTM review, and a competitor analysis in Ahrefs or Semrush. Crawl errors, indexing gaps, missing schema, tracking blindspots, and keyword gaps go into a single baseline document. You get a prioritized issue list — not an 80-page PDF — so it is clear what is urgent and what can wait.

  2. Strategy

Audit findings translate into a plan: keyword universe, topic clusters, content calendar for Q1 and Q2, paid search structure, and measurable KPIs per channel. We agree on which conversions count (lead, order, demo booking) and build the GA4 measurement plan around them. The strategy is short, concrete, and decided — not a thought experiment.

  3. Execution

Technical fixes, schema, redirects, and Core Web Vitals work get queued alongside content production and Google Ads account build-out. We run in sprints, deploy continuously, and hold weekly stand-ups. Server-side GTM is set up early so no content goes live without conversions being measurable. Everything is version-controlled, everything is reversible.

  4. Measurement

A Looker Studio dashboard consolidates GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, and server-side data into one view. You see organic traffic, paid performance, top landing pages, conversion rate, and CPA — on the same refresh. The monthly report is reviewed on a 30-minute call where we present what worked, what did not, and why.

  5. Iteration

Marketing is never finished. Winning content gets expanded, losing pages get updated or unpublished, Ads budget gets reallocated to campaigns with the lowest CPA, and the next round of CRO tests gets planned. Every iteration starts with data from the previous month — not with a gut feel. That is how progress compounds.

Common questions

How long until we see results on organic traffic?
Technical fixes — Core Web Vitals, schema, redirects, indexing — typically move rankings within 3 to 6 months, because Google responds quickly once a site becomes easier to crawl. Content-driven growth is slower: 6 to 12 months before new topic clusters rank consistently and deliver qualified traffic. If an agency promises "first-page rankings in 30 days", it is either paid traffic or bullshit. We communicate realistic timelines based on the site's starting point and the competitive landscape.
What does "AI SEO" actually mean?
Two things. First: making the site citable to LLMs like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. That requires clear topic structure, definition sentences, JSON-LD schema, and authority. Second: using AI internally to accelerate keyword research, content briefs, first drafts, and reporting — without publishing raw LLM output. Humans edit and fact-check everything. AI delivers speed; editorial discipline delivers quality. Both are necessary.
Do you produce the content, or only deliver strategy?
Both. Keyword research, topic clusters, and editorial briefs are standard. The writing itself we can either produce fully (our team or dedicated freelancers write, edit, and publish) or deliver as briefs to your in-house content team. Most clients start with us writing — and hand it over later, once the process is in place. It is a scope decision, not a packaged choice.
What is the minimum budget to get started?
The monthly retainer for digital marketing typically starts around DKK 25,000 and covers strategy, technical work, content production, and reporting. Google Ads spend is separate and paid directly to Google — we recommend a minimum of DKK 15,000/month for there to be enough data to optimize meaningfully. Less is possible, but below that statistical significance is hard to reach. We give a concrete estimate after the audit.
Will you take over an existing Google Ads account, or rebuild from scratch?
It depends on the state of the account. If it has historical conversion data worth keeping and the structure is reasonably sound, we take it over and clean it up. If the structure is a tangle of legacy campaigns, missing conversion tracking, or Performance Max eating the whole budget, we build a new account in parallel and migrate once the new one performs better. We decide jointly after the audit — not out of vanity.
How is reporting structured, and what KPIs do you commit to?
Reporting runs in a live Looker Studio dashboard, so you can look at the numbers anytime — not just on the first of the month. We commit to business metrics: qualified leads, orders, organic conversion rate, paid CPA, and ROAS where it applies. Rankings and impressions are included but secondary. Every month there is a 30-minute review where we walk through the trend and the next steps — no vanity slides.
