When IT-Hjælp processes personal data on behalf of our clients, it is done under a data processing agreement that complies with GDPR article 28.

When IT-Hjælp is a data processor
When we access your systems and personal data for operational tasks, IT-Hjælp acts as a data processor. You remain the data controller.
Our standard DPA
We provide a standard data processing agreement at project kickoff. It covers intent, security measures, sub-processors, data breach notification, and assistance obligations.
Sub-processors
We use only EU-based sub-processors for core infrastructure. A complete list is provided as part of the DPA.
